If you want to catch the changing of the guards at horseguards parade, then it takes place here every morning at 11am Monday to Saturday and 10am Sunday.

how long are these walks distance and rough time

Brilliant walk. Didn't get lost once. Loved getting to tourist attractions via quieter back streets. Saw parts of London we never would have. I will certainly do more of your walks. P.S. Lots of free interesting old shops to look in such as Lobb's - it is more like a shoe museum than a shop.
